Green Smoothie - 2 Ways
These simple green smoothies are my go to if I don’t feel like eating or don’t have time to make a salad but want some greens. These blend up in just a few minutes and have minimal ingredients that still taste complex. It also just feels good to put some green goodness in your body for some quick energy or to round out a meal.

Instructions
- Add all of your ingredients to a high-powered blender (or a blender cup) and blend until incorporated, about 1 minute. These recipes also taste delicious with ½ cup of sliced zucchini, if you’re looking to add in some extra veges.
- I blend in both the NutriBullet and the Vitamix but find that the NutriBullet does a more thorough job of incorporating the greens and the fruit, leaving a smoother mixture which also pours more easily from the blender cup, leaving less waste.
- Pour into a large glass or enjoy right out of the container!
