If you’ve ever been curious about plant-based cooking or just want to add new healthy and delicious meals to your recipe rotation, I’d love to welcome you into my kitchen for a small-group, in-person, 1-2 hour cooking class experience or a 3-4 hour culinary workshop!

Classes are held monthly in the Vegetafull Kitchen in Port Angeles, WA. Class size is limited to 6 students, so you’ll get all the hands-on instruction you need to make a delicious vegan meal.

Easy Vegan Caramel Apples

Autumn Apple Harvest Culinary Workshop, Sunday, October 16th, 11:00 am Cost $68

Harvest fresh from the tree apples with Chef Carol and farm owner, Jenson, at the Old Sisterland Farm Orchard! We'll take our bounty back to the Vegetafull Kitchen and make festive Caramel Apples and Apple & Wild Rice Stuffed Acorn Squash. Workshop includes all food, recipe cards, and a handy tote bag.

All About Chocolate Cooking Class, Sunday, November 13th at 10:00 am. and 2:00 pm. Cost $48

Impress your holiday guests with this addictively delicious dark chocolate tart! It's made with a no-bake chocolate crust and a rich chocolate ganache filling. Allergy (and freezer) friendly for all eaters around your table. Class includes all food, recipe cards, and a waste-free kitchen cloth.

Did you know? I was an art teacher for many years when my kids were young. I feel that food and art have a lot in common. You get a huge sense of accomplishment from creating a mouthwatering dish (just like creating a piece of art) that you can enjoy and share with others. Food is truly art that you can eat!
